The College provides fitness courses with a “hands-on” approach to learning. This means students will have the opportunity to attain sufficient practical experience as well as theory lessons which are both informative and enjoyable.
The fitness courses focus on preparing students with skills and knowledge to work in a fitness setting and become a Gym Instructor, Personal Trainer or a Rehabilitation Trainer. After completion of the courses, students will be able to step into several interesting career pathways.
Classes are conducted by experienced fitness professionals who will teach the principles of fitness and positive health being.
