Fitness Courses
Our College has been providing excellent education in health and fitness for over two decades. Our fitness courses are fun and dynamic, with plenty of focus on “hands-on” learning. Successful students receive qualifications that offer employment opportunities across the Australian fitness industry. The Australian College of Sport & Fitness have campuses in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Brisbane. Students can choose any location to complete their studies. The College offers the following courses:
- Certificate III in Fitness
- Certificate IV in Fitness
- Diploma of Fitness
- Diploma of Sport & Recreation Management – General Program
- Diploma of Sport & Recreation Management – Fitness Program
Massage Courses
Our Massage programs are offered in conjunction with our sister school – the NSW School of Massage. Massage has long been a fundamental tool for restoring health and well-being. Students will train in a variety of massage modalities and clinical skills. In class, students will be taught to deal with a wide range of problems utilising basic and advanced massage techniques. Students also get to practise their skills in our Student Clinic. This is a great opportunity to learn massage skills in a real life setting.
The School offers the following courses:
- Certificate IV in Massage Therapy
- Diploma of Remedial Massage – General Program
- Diploma of Remedial Massage – Specialisation Program
Dance Courses
Our Dance programs are offered in conjunction with our sister school – the Australian College of Dance. If you’re passionate about dance and you love teaching other people, then a career as a dance teacher could be perfect for you.
